I feel like i will never lose weight..how can i stay motivated?

I have only dropped 2lbs and have made tremendous lifestyle changes. I have stopped eating food that is bad for me like fast food. I only make an exception for fast food 1-2 times a month and I eat at home the rest of the time. I have started doing yoga and running and my body looks a lot thinner but the scale hasnt moved. How can i keep going when it feels like ill never get there? I have a total of 15-20lbs to lose.
