What are some HIIT (high intensity interval training) excercises besides running or jump rope?

Swimming - you get less tired while doing it but it uses up most muscles of your body and you can burn up to 600 calories an hour. You can tell by how tired you feel after youre done. And you can pig out guilt free (not too much of course lol). If you do weight training along with it then your sorted :)
