hey im looking to lose weight and tone up every part of my body so i was wondering what excercise were good and how many to do e.g 100 starjumps, and 40 situps, i want every part of my body toned, my stomach, legs and arms especially :') and things i can do at home in my rooms, i have 3kg weights, and a cross training machine, thankyou, :) xx
