Bodybuilder or powerlifters opinion?(CHOOSING BEST ANSWER)?
Ok i wanna get lean muscle mass.And need youre opinion if what i am doing will work.im pretty muscular but have like 15% body fat which i will cut after gaining more muscle.i go to gym 3x a week,and drink whey protein shake with oatmeal for energy.some excercises i do are squats,bench press,barbell rows,deadlifts and overhead presses,oh and squats,pushups and situps at home,and do 5 sets of 5 reps with heavy weights of the gym excercises i mentioned.my question is,will i achieve lean toned muscle mass by doing this?if not what will i get?And what would i need to change to get lean toned muscle?
