Can I lose 20 pounds?

If you are overweight, absolutely! That's awesome that you're doing that! Keep it up and mix it up so you NEVER lose interest. But, how much weight you will lose is ALL dependent on how much you weigh already. If you're a guy, you're gonna be a beast. If you're a girl, you're gonna be ready for the beach! (:
