i just bought a bikini to help motivate me to loose weight. i need to get my thigh smaller in about 2 weeks. i need help! please remember that i am 14 and i dont have ALL DAY to work out. please also remember that i ask for excercises that will work, not changing y diet drasticly. i need results fast because im gonig swimming with the guy i like next thursday.
