Well try some type of all-natural energy supplement, this will get you motivated to work out. If you don't wanna do that then try to find pictures of some models or actresses that you love and would want to have their bodies, this will also get you motivated to exercise more. And staying away from junk food is probably the hardest part in dieting. You just have to train yourself no to eat it. Try rewarding yourself the next day for everyday that you stay away from junk food. And if your trying to lose weight you need some form of physical activity for 1 hour everyday. Stuff like running outside or running on a treadmill or an elliptical will help you lose it everywhere. Also do sit ups and push ups too.
