How many pounds do you think i lost?

You should be doing 30minutes of cardio 6 times a week. 1200calories is way too little. You feel hungry and it's not healthy. It might even stunt your growth. Your body goes to starvation mode and lowers your metabolism/you burn less calories. Eat ~2000 calories a day. If you burn 200kcal by doing cardio that means you're losing weight. The 30 minutes of cardio should be done in one session. When you've burned your carbs your body starts to burn fat. That happens after 20min.
