If your needing to loose weight fast, try the atkens diet. It means you would be going off carbs completely. Do this for no longer than 2/3 weeks as it can cause bad heart problems later in life. I did it and lost about a stone and a half in a week or two. The results are fast but they are only a quick fix, after you start eating carbs regularly again you will go back to near enough the same weight you were before the diet. Good luck!
