I start my diet tomorrow, i need opinions on how to keep motivated & what to do when bored. & how to lose it .?

So like i start my diet tomorrow cause like my family thinks i'm getting out of hand ... which i am.. i'm 85kgs LOL and im only 16teen, got any idea on how to drop the fat with dieting, any easy ways ? or any motivational tips, or any idea on what i can do to get excersize when at home or whatever! THANKS MEANS **** LOADS <3 !! XX
