If i run everyother day will i loose weight?

I want to get in shape so i want to start running and do some excercising at home. Im 5'4 and weigh about 120 i do not want to loose weight i just want to get toned. So if i start running and doing some excercises at home everyday or even everyother day will i loose weight? I have a little bit of cellulite and really want to try and reduce it.. any tips?
