Everyone is different some people can follow that work out and get buff fast while others will take for ever. As long as the next day your muscles ache you know you have worked them out sufficiently. What you can do it combine parts of that everyday because muscle build when it is under fairly constant strain so try to rest your muscle not much longer than a day. Also diet is extremely important don't take protein shakes or multivitamins try get those from natural sources because most of the stuff in shakes and vitamins are washed out with urine and protein shakes harm your kidneys. So eat meat, eggs, peanuts, vegis and all other food from the main food groups and you should be good
