Okay well there's something i do to loose weight.. it's to sweat. I mean, you can run and walk and do all of those things to get sweaty (which i do as well) or you could just put on a heavy sweater on a hot day. I know i might feel uncomfortable, and i think it is, but it helps to loose about 1-2 pounds, which i think is pretty good! Also, maybe instead of eating the noodles white, try switching to whole wheat pasta-it's supposed to be less fattening. So far i think you're doing great! All you need is come modivation!!
