Not losing weight anymore. Help?

A healthy balanced diet is the best, not cardio. Doing both is actually the best. You need to adjust your calories as you lose weight. Grab a 35 lb dumbbell and pack that sucker around for a day and you will see how much energy it take to pack around 35 lbs of dead weight. That is exactly what you were doing packing around 35 lbs of fat. Now that you are lighter you don't need as many calories, so you need to lower them a bit to be in a slight calories deficit, so your body will dip into it's fat reserves to get the remaining energy it needs. Make sure you balance all of you meals too (it works wonders), because it's next to impossible to burn fat with high levels of circulating insulin. Protein, good fats and fiber all slow down the entry rate of carbs, so you can avoid spiking your insulin by balancing your meals (and snacks). It also will keep you satisfied longer, so you will automatically eat less. There are too many reasons to list why balancing your meals will help greatly. Lets just say that it help you in every way. If you are eating meals consisting of mainly (or all) carbs it's going to be hard to burn any fat. Try this and you WILL continue to lose the weight.
