I've been trying to lose weight for a year now. I'll do the exercise with no problem, but I always give into eating unhealthy food. I'm not "fat" but I am a little overweight. All of my friends say I'm perfectly fine, but I don't really care what everyone else thinks, mainly because I won't believe it if anyone says I'm attractive until I think so. So does anyone have any ideas to help me motivate myself to eat only healthy food and only when I really need it?
