Ok so I'm a girl, and I barely ever workout but I have the girl version of a almost visible six pack. When I flex ppl can punch me and I can take it without flinching or anything, and all I so is 50 situps and pushups a day, 10 pullups, and I used to run 6 miles a day, but I brought that down to 2 every other day. Running actually helps with your core I guess. Also do side crunches and crunches while hanging on the pullup bar.
