When i touch any thing in market or in house i wash my hands with soap before eat any thing.?

so i don't eat anything in market.i think that there is very dirty foods(through dirty hands of shopkeeper) present in market that may cause aids, if some cuts present in my mouth.am i right or wrong.please reply because i am not living my normal life
