Why do they dress like douches?

Why do low life douches dress like low life's eg with a hoody with a giant cannabis leaf printed on the back of it and the wonder why police stop and search them and shopkeepers watch them to see if the are stealing. Do these people really not know how much their appearance screams out look at me I'm a thieving low life drug user ?
