How to be motivated and stop being lazy?

Get a giant corkboard and put a calendar on there as well as a list of goals. For example if you want to work out an hour a day put that on there, or apply to college, learn a new skill, etc etc. However, don't just put them up there because then it's easy to put them off, you have to make a timeline as to when you want to have each goal accomplished. Once you have accomplished a goal you will feel pretty good about yourself and it will make you more motivated to accomplish more. You can start simple, for example, get out of bed by 10 am each morning and work your way up to more complex things.
